How's that spool in a daily driver?

Sounds fun.
Regular T5z , I did some upgrades like billet keys (dogs-keepers-etc)in 3rd gear , billet cluster support , and brass shifter tabs , but I don't powershift at track , on a side note , a buddy of mine drives a Fox at track with just a WC T5 and he powershifts every gear every time for close to a hundred passes so far and he has no tranny issues at all! So who knows? And no , I have zero issues driving with a spool other than the cool chirping your tires make when turning into a gas pump at gas station , ive driven her in rain many times in traffic and on curvy roads and I feel no difference than when I was running a trac-lok diff , but then I don't hammer the throttle when its wet either , but who does?

Nice work.
update , ran again last Friday night , cooler air , ran a best 7.3 at 96 mph on motor and achieved a 1.45 60 ft on giggle gas , always room for improvement , still not powershifting it yet

Nobody knows! Stock 5.0 blocks, T5 transmissions and 8" rear ends- all just a million conflicting anecdotal tales. You just choose a stance and run with it. Personally I go with the stance that this stuff is probably underrated by most but I also believe **** happens.
