Need valve for '66

I have a 289 V8, we are re-using the valves because most are still in good shape but one looks like it took some damage at some point (might have been in the removal process) right on the small end. I just can't get it back in the guide. We tried ordering just the one but they do not make that valve size (1.45") any longer because most people get taller springs so they need longer valves. We did get one the right length but the keeper notch was in the wrong spot. Does anyone have one laying around? I can pay, no problem. Or if anyone has some knowledge on how to fix it, that would be very helpful as well.

Thanks,

Dana

VMF member LSG can probably fix you up with a used valve. Send him a PM in case he doesn't see this thread.

We got the valve fixed up and have the engine and transmission back in the car! Yay for progress! Thanks anyway!
