I've got a 9" center section that I will be removing from my 69 Mach 1. It is not original to the car. I also don't know yet what the ratio is. I will also have the axles available for trade. I'm assuming these are 28 splined axles.

I hope to have the center section and axles out within the next couple of weeks.

I'd like to trade the parts for an original 1969 4 speed shifter. I don't mind if it needs to be rebuilt and rechomed. Thanks.

hey kevin, when you get it out let me know what it is as I could use it for the correct style yoke if nothing else. and I'll look for the shifter for you(my buddie has lotsa stuff like that) and hey, did you find that part of the FE trans ?

No, but I did find the 8" rear center section that I couldn't find last time you were down. You can still have it if you want it, but it sure would be great if you did find a 69 4 speed shifter.

I actually had a nice Hurst shifter that came with the car, but I'm looking for a Ford factory 69 4 speed shifter. It's my understanding that the 69 is different from the other years. Thanks.

Is it a locker or open? Don't have a shifter but could use a locker rear so i can get rid of these wimpy 3.00 open gears
