Trade 1970 mustang tilt column for fold down seat

Column is out of my 70 Mach 1, wanting to install updated box and would rather not hack up a tilt column. Would like to trade for a fold down seat for my car. Let me know what you have.

I might be interested in the tilt column if you wanted to sell it outright.

Thanks!
