Toyota banner ad

This morning that item now blocks access to stuff in drop-down menus.
In other words the ad is "on top" of the drop down.
Happens on both laptops here at my house.
Google chrome or mozilla firefox.

Hey there,

Can you provide me with a screen capture of the error you are running into?

Richard.

Same here. Also, I now have an uncontrollable urge to go buy a Camry.

I'm not an expert, but I play one on the internet.

Although the drop-downs are affected, I have found that the site
is well enough designed that with enough "rooting around" it is
possible to get to most stuff. It is a challenge to find those other
routes though.....

Hey guys,

I am unable to replicate this, It seems like it's the Toyota ad that is causing the issues.
Can you provide me with the URL of the ad?

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies form your browsers and see if that helps clear this up?

Richard.

Did that as my initial response (and tried another laptop) before I reported
the issue.
Just cleared cache and cookies again, closed the browser and signed in again.
I'm still having a problem with that ad.

Seeing issues too with Firefox. I am currently using Chrome an either issue has been fixed, or Chrome doesn't have the problem.

Issue I had has apparently been addressed. Drop-downs work on Chrome now.

A fix was put in place on Friday so looks like all is well again.

Let us know if anything like this happens again.
