i unbolted the 2 bolts (1 at a time)on my pass side motor mount bracket in order to install the 2 starter line grommets. Need to know what torque to put on these two bolts. Looked in my manual but could not find it.

It's there in the Ford Shop Manual.

Insulator Assembly to Engine: 25-40.
Insulator Assembly to Support Bracket: 25-40
Support Bracket to Body: 20-30
Support Bracket to Intermediate Support Bracket: 20-30

I looked in a couple of different sections (engine installation)and on the last pages of those sections where it lists different torque values and could not find it. I owe you a look up.

That's where I found it: Engine, Section 8, torque settings near the end of the section.
