Anyone tried lowering blocks on the rear.I saw an article in mm magazine .They used them. My car sits a little high in the rear on new springs.and the car rides like a stage coach.Very bouncy. Tried 2 different shocks w/ same result. Thanks Ron
If you have the time, you can work with those springs to get the ride height and spring rate you want. I rebuild leaf srings a lot. You can raise, lower, soften, stiffen them up any way you want. All it takes is two sets of springs, a cut off wheel and time. I agree, lowering blocks are not the best way to go.
My '64 1/2 vert. Ordered May '64. D code 4 speed, handling package, caspian blue, accent group, Ford blue

NOS RF fender and left quarter.New top and folding glass.
Thats unusual, most 71-73 machs ride high in the front..I would check the rear springs, you might have gotten the wrong ones
