Gotta add my name to the list of folks with log in name/screen name problems. My log in JWinSC, but my screen name has always been Ponyman66. I can see this becoming a big recognition problem with folks that have been on here for awhile. All my PM's are gone too. This is an issue because prior to the upgrade I was in the middle of a transaction with another forum member through PM's.

Don, or Richard, I think the disappearing PMs are related to the fact that they were sent to the Display name and not the username. This means when the user name and the Display name do not match, no more PMs! I hope resetting the usernames back to the Display names brings back those lost PMs.
BTW My Display name is ZFORCE for those of you that are wondering (Already sent the PM to correct this!)

Is it really bad luck, or poor planning?
Do something, or say nothing.

Actually no the display name and username are not important. The data is assigned to your permanent numerical user id. We obviously still have the data. The aim is to restore your older private messages as a hot fix as soon as possible.
