Default street/strip car w/ classic car insurance?

I did a quick search for insurance and found 1 thread on classic car insurance. I looked up hagerty for insurance and got a pretty awesome yearly quote. However, when i looked at the "do i qualify" link, it kind of conflicted with the options in the quote:

"Collector vehicles must be stored in a fully enclosed, locked garage when not in use. "

The online quote gives you the option of a private parking lot/carport. which i would assume a gated apartment complex would count?

It also says:
"Pro-street vehicles modified exclusively with racing features such as roll cages, wheelie caster, nitrous systems, parachutes, etc. (Consideration may be given to show-use only vehicles)"

I'm obviously not looking to build a pure drag car and certainly not a show car, so will i not be covered if i put in a roll cage??

Please check other classic car insurance companies such as J.C. Taylor and Heacock.....I had Hagerty on our 85 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE and had a minor fender bender in it....Hagerty refused to pay for new parts even though they were available.....They did pay for a new right fender and headlamp assembly but the body shop had to find a used bumper assembly...Just passing along my experience with Hagerty....
