Default Exhaust manifold question

I am detailing the engine and compartment of my 66 hardtop 289 2bbl. What should I use for coating after cleaning up the exhaust manifolds?

I had mine ceramic coated with Koolcast. Looks like cast iron but won't rust. They are ceramic coated inside and out.

I want the car to look as factory as possible but will be driven to cruises and shows.

I used the manifold/exhaust paint from Eastwood. Color looks like the original cast gray.

I think it was $14 or $19 for the can, but you only need 1 can. Well worth it in my opinion.
