Hey, being different & doing your own thing is what it's all about.
tires are 245/45 R-17. No problems at all. I have lowering springs and they are very firm springs so the car doesn't go down much. Magna front and rear springs I beleive and I have big block springs in the front with a 302 under the hood. Made the front suspension feel awesome. It's really perfect. I hope to get a 295 or so under the rear after I have the rear wheels widened I just have to get my 8.8 in there first so I can measure all the backspacing etc afterward so I can fit as much as possible under there with out rubbing. I want the rear tires to bulge just slightly over the sides of the rear wheels. As of right now it looks like I have nearly 2 inches to the leaf spring. Wheels are 17x8.What sizes tires are those? Any rubbage/rolling?
yeah I should have I'll see what I can do today. I just didn't want to turn it around in the street it doesn't have any seats in right now, missing sections of floor pans and I noticed the lower radiator hose leaking after the car sat and idled for a bit, and the belt was squeeking, and a valve cover gasket was dripping oil on the header lol. always something....should keep me busy today :thumbsup:Wondering if you could provide pictures of the back end in full light? Really cool look, want to see it in better light!
I just know how most on here feel about the Eleanor cars and parts. I love it though so I guess that's allthat matters. The car creates traffic jams in my neighborgood when its in the drivewayWhy so negative grasshopper? Awesome looking everything.
thanks man ! actually it's barely running, and pretty far from being put together. I still have a lot to do inside.Yup - digging it here. (and wish mine was put together and running)
