Default SSBC W120-23 install questions

I purchased the SSBC W120-23 two years ago and just getting around to installing it today, can't find the instructions LOL, if someone has the instructions hanging around I have a couple of questions...

the shouldered bolts for the caliper are very tight, I would have to tap the shouldered bolts into the aluminum caliper is this normal, worried about the aluminum housing on the caliper..did you have to tap them into the caliper? there are two different sets of bolts in the kit one set shouldered the other threaded to the end??

also need torque values
