Default 67 Coupe with VIN but no tags!

I recently purchased a 67 Coupe that I am restoring. I bought the car in Florida and got a clear title, that matched the VIN, with the car.
However, the car has no ID tags on it it all and I was wondering how I can go about finding out the original spec - is this even possible??
Help!

Huh? If the VIN (on the fender apron) matches the title, that's it. Other than the warranty tag on the door, which had zero legal standing (and can be purchased new) that was it. No "tags".

You can get an excellent replacement warranty tag, and a printout of the original window sticker from Kevin Marti.

Also, if you want to know how your car was equipped from the factory, if that is what you mean by specs, then order your car's Marti Report as well from the above website. Takes awhile to receive, but well worth it...

68 was the first with VIN tag in the windshield. 68 has the tag on the dash by the passenger side A pillar. 69 and up the VIN tag is on driver side of dash.

Also 67 is the first model year production records are availible. Prior year records were destroyed.

Sorry - it was the details of the factory fitted equipment that I meant. Thanks for the help - am just about to log on the Marti website as advised!

Get the deluxe report--Use to be $40 and we'll worth it. PS---went to Marti reports and one deluxe report is $25---don't understand the difference. I would call them.

As I recall $25 is cost to upgrade from a basic/standard report.

Yes slim--Checked it out again and understand better now. If you have ordered the standard report for $15 from them before then you can get the deluxe report for an additional $25. I just always ordered the deluxe to begin with.
