Very nice work. It makes me feel better about considering body filler on my wheel tubes. Can't wait for the final!!
I gotta tell ya, it took me YEARS to get over the hesitation I had with body fillers. Not to say it should be used generously (far from it), just that there are extraordinary products that have come down the pike that work exremely well and make life so much easier.
Tackled some small rust repair work on the rear wheel opening that was well hidden. Glad I caught this before moving on or it would have bitten me down the road! The lesson learned is never assume the metal underneath the factory seam sealer is good!
I hope this post finds everyone enjoying the remainder of the Christmas Season and hopfully enjoying some family and hobby time as well.
In spite of the pace of the season, I have managed a bit more progress on the Boss interior sheet metal preparations and a bit of body modification thrown in:
The new year is off to a busy, yet productive start on the Night Mission Boss 302! Lots of work done on the interior sheet metal as well as welding of the rear quarter seams. Hope you enjoy!
