Default Aftermarket steering wheel woes and horn sounds when turning wheel once again, WTF!

this isnt a new issue but i have tried out several steering wheels on my 1970 tilt wheel column from MOMO, Grant, Budnik, Moto Lita and Nardi All of them had issues with the horn not working or blowing fuses or other fittment issues, the column adaptor not fitting right and my locking mechanism would not work. The only one that worked decent was the MOMO but I think their wheels are a bit too racy for a classic car.

I settled on the Nardi but i was having an issue blowing my horn fuse all the time because the adaptor i bought was causing the horn contact plate to ground on the male stud for the locking mechanism of the column. I found on Ebay an NOS column adaptor which fits like a glove, the locking function is retained but the horn sounds when i turn the wheel even with the horn button removed. this is very strange and i can not figure out why this is happening

Any idea why my horn is sounding when turning the wheel? can the wheel be bolted on too tight or is my contact out of adjustment on my turn signal switch?
