Default My Shelby Tribute is getting Close!!

I am so excited.... We had to use my stock 67 to jump start my Shelby Tribute... I am freaking out on how close this car is to being done... over a year in the making, but I'll be driving it again soon

This is the car I have been dreaming about for over 20 years... I have decided to stay with my original vision and not let people talk me into anything different.. All red with a satin black 67 Shelby tail light section (with sequential lights), no racing stripes and no rocker stripes.. Center high beams and hood locks.. "S H E L B Y" LETTERING on the deck lid Standard Shelby side scoops with no grills and BANG. I am so excited... It's so close and super cool looking..

I would like to talk you into spelling his name correctly on your deck lid.

I've always wanted a tribute/copy/clone that year. Good luck with the wrap up.

Cool concept, and looks like you are getting close!

For some reason, your post reminded me of a section of one of my kid's favorite movie (in Tangled, the main characters are dancing around going on an on about "I've got a dream, I've got a dream..."). It would be funny to hear that song with lyrics related to a Mustang (yes, I have an odd sense of humor).

Hope to see a full spread of pics when you reach the journey's end!

Just looked at your pictures, the car looks great! Kudos to you for building what you want and not what others tell you to. I know the feeling of building the car and being so close to the finished product. (I'm experiencing that feeling now). Enjoy it!

Looking great! Glad to hear that you stuck to your guns regarding YOUR vision; after all that's the one that's most important for YOUR car!
