Default Racedeck vs. Swisstrax vs. Porcelain tiles

Right, I've got a garage which I've been renting for about 3 years, and have at least another 5-10 years of renting it. At the moment I've got concrete tiles which aren't exactly the prettiest, and aren't the easiest to clean.

The garage is mainly for parking the cars, rather than working on them. However would occasionally need to jack the cars up to clean wheel arches/change wheels.

I've been contemplating the following options.

1) Racedeck

It looks good, the product seems to be highly recommended online, could be laid down in a couple hours, and after my lease is up, I can pull them up and move them somewhere else.

2) Swisstrax

Same as above, but meant to be a cheaper option than Race Deck

3) Porcelain Tiles (Gres)

No risk of the tiles possibly moving, as would be the case with Racedeck, should anyone spin the tires a little. Should be pretty easy to clean.

So guys tell me

a) What did you guys go for? And why
b) Do any of you have experience with the above?

Garage is about 50-60sqm.

Thanks

Wouldn't the porcelain be prone to cracking or chipping?

think about your surface if you place a jack stand with hard edges and the damage it can do. I really liked the look of the Racedeck flooring, but my garage floor is a working floor, not a showroom floor. Trying to roll a floor jack across that would be impossible.
I'm looking at the Epoxy finish with the confetti sprinkled onto it. Told my wife just yesterday that once the car is done, this is my next project. Kobalt brand steel cabinets and a painted floor.

Hi,
I installed a product similar to race deck, 4-5 years ago. Sears was closing out the product so the cost was about half of the Race Deck brand. The positives speak for themselves.
The negatives, I've experienced....
1. One should should us a a piece of laminate under jacks, as to not allow the legs to "dig-in". This is, if your stands don't have a welded plate. I use a square block of 1/8" hardened pegboard.

2. Be very aware of any potential for fluid spills, as they will seep through the seams.

As to the comment about spinning tires moving the tiles, be aware, this could easily happen when trying ride up ramps.

Hope this helps!

I coated my garage floor with Spartan New Generation 50, a 2-part industrial epoxy coating.

I've seen a few d.i.y. epoxy jobs, it does make for a nice looking job. When my car is done I'm going for an epoxy coating as well.
