Default Dist. ID #?

hi all-coming here again as i am stuck again! Going to upgrade my ignition to Pertronix I, so looked at dizzy and it has #C50F-12131-A stamped in. This is off a 66 coup with a 289 (not a hipo). Looking on the pertronix site, they are not listing my dist. #, and since i know the PO rebuilt the engine in the late 90's i'm not sure what they put in-very close to the ford #'s, but even a google search isn't getting me anywhere (just want to make sure i get the correct Pert. I #-i think its the 1281, but since my dizzy # isnt matching up, not sure what to do now!) any help? Thanks tons!!

Could it be C5GF-A?

Ford and Mustang distributors

As long as the distributor is a single points design they are all the same.

Ford has so many dist. number because the advance curves are different. They all use the same points.
