How do I know if my camshaft is high performance I just pulled it out of my 351c 4v and I don't know if it is high performance and how do I know if my rockers lifters and push rods are high performance too?
The lifters say VL 67 RH and the push rods say 48826

Check the ends of the cam to see if there's any stampings or markings on it.
