Default coil spring cover 66 rubber help

got the covers off and the rubber need replace .. ther rust never sleeps how to get them off any info ?

They bolt on. Look inside the bracket for the nut.

i used PBR and there is so most rust ..

OK, kill the rubber pad and grind away the center of the internal plate until the stud falls off.
