Hard to tell from the photos, but along the flange where the fender bolts to the inner apron there should be a date code stamp which I believe is formatted as month/day/shift.
i emailed the seller and these are the numbers he could see

If it has a date code stamped in it it should be a Ford fender.

2 5 2D is the date code. feb 5th 2nd shift @ dearborn stamping plant. no year codes on sheet metal parts.
