Default 200 online 6 exhaust. help

Here is the photo working on removing the exhaust on the 200 used the HOT and pooof the nut came off maybe you can see it now How to removed the 2 screws

The one on the left can probably be grabbed with a pair of Vise-Grips after heading the living snot out of the ear on the manifold where it screws in. This needs to be a good cherry red. The one on the right should be filed or ground flat, center punched and drilled.

Is the rest of the manifold ok?
Check for cracks and broken ears, very common
on the I-6, if it has cracks or is broken its not
worth the time to remove the studs, if its in good
condition otherwise then drilling the broken studs
out is most likely what you will need to do.

I dont see any cracks seems good tried the benrzmatoc not hot enough I think drill tom evening

If you have or can get an electric hot plate to preheat the flange area then a propane torch will probably do it. I get to do it on the big burner on the stove cause I traded the old lady in and got 4 mustangs.
