Default Hunter Green with 2-tone Ivy gold interior-good mix?

I am considering painting my car hunter green. Most people keep telling me things about Lime-gold and it is not my favorite color either, but I don't know if dark green looks good with those interiors (2-tone green and ivy gold deluxe). I really like Hunter Green. Can someone tell me if it's a good idea or if I should stick to Lime Gold?
These are my car's interiors:

The factory dark green for 1967 was called "Dark Moss Green". It compliments the interior you have.

Sure you don't mean dark moss green? Pretty sure if you check out the Mustang color charts your interior with the dark moss green is one of the recommended combos.

By the way I for one haven't taken a vote on lime gold.

Yes, it's dark moss green. No wonder I could not google many images of the color! I love that color. It's good to know. Thanks.

Maybe it's my monitor but seems to me the dark moss green has a tad of yellow in the mix. I don't see any yellow in the one you posted.

I the early 70's, Ford had a midnight metallic green offerred on the f100's...it was beautifull & I am typically not a fan of green either...........

Our '67 vert is currently Dark Moss Green with the Ivy Gold standard interior (which looks great together), but we will eventually get it back to its original Wimbledon White (which will make it 1 of 41 with that paint/interior combo).

As you know the 1 of whatever is meaningful if the original as built. If as original is unimportant to you it just doesn't matter!!

In '67 Mercury had a color very similar called "Inverness Green".... my '67 Cougar was that color and I loved it.... ended up painting a car and a truck that same color... over a light grey or white primer the color really pops nice...

My first mustang was dark moss green with the 2 tone green interior. It looks great and I have been trying to buy one like it since 2001 and haven't found one just right yet...in fact there has only been 2 in the color combo that I saw for sale in that time frame worth even looking at in terms price/condition.

Your car would look great in Dark Moss Green.

But it would look just as good in Lime Gold!
