Default 66 stang. Quick Question about starter teeth

Going to change my starter for a motorcraft. Been a long time since I swapped it out, but How many teeth is correct? 9 or 10? Running a C4. Not sure if I'm asking it right. I asked oreilly about it and said they have the same year car, but with different teeth

Parts store should be able to get you the correct starter, main difference
in them is the nose, make sure you tell them you have a automatic, the
manual starter has a different nose that would throw off the position of
the bendix in relation to the flywheel.
