Default trunk/taillight panel replacement thread

Ah, last night I was willing to give my kingdom for a plasma cutter...

Full cowl
Radiator support

Up next:

Shelby drop, 4 wheel drum to disc conversion, rebuild front suspension/steering, taillight panel, trunk floor,302 and AOD upgrade, wiring harnesses back in, and hopefully only patch panels on the quarters

And you won't believe what I found in that frame rail? MORE BLASTED SAND
FROM BLASTING... I'll be finding that **** for the rest of my life...

You'll never get it all out. But I was able to remove all but a tiny amout simply by blowing out the frame rails and rockers with compressed air.

Don't forget to clean the inside of that frame rail and shoot it with epoxy primer before you button it back up!

I am gonna flood the frame rails with rust encapsulator and spray what I cannot see with the aerosol Eastwood stuff
