Well I know there are a lot of older folks on here and might not like the euro style but I have 5k HID headlights and they are AWESOME! Much better than stock and easy install too.
Not sure what you mean by full LED replacement assemblies turbowars, but here's mine:
As you can see, mine is the LED panel type. The kit I used splices into the stock harness and has a switch to turn them from sequential to standard blink cycles if desired. The LED panel was glued into place with silicone, wires were run through and taped, and the control panel for the lights was velcro'd up on the bracket that holds the trunk hinge. Took me a couple of hours including set time for the silicone and I really like them. The last picture shows how bright they are - if they're that bright in full light, imagine how bright they are at night They don't look euro at all I don't think?
Edited because I realized that the original poster was not turbowars and he was asking about the single bulbs - general consensus is that they're very good, I believe. I like my panels because they don't tend to diffuse out the light (i.e. they're not brighter in the center where the bulb is and more dim around the edges). Didn't run me much cash either. Sorry to be totally off topic!
Sweet. Where do they sell those? Are they plug and play?

@Kelly_H - in the last picture where it shows the tail light illuminated, only 2 of the 3 bars of the tail light are lit up. By any chance was the picture taken while the lights were in "sequential" mode? I'd like to see a pic of those at night
You guys won't regret the led sequentials. I have them on my car, the 90 bulb per side and they light up great. No need for the 180 bulbs but if you want to spend more money, go for it. I got my kit from mustang project.

I bought the kit from a local import shop (Yes I said import). They carry a kit which has the new headlight housing made for the HIDs and is VERY simple to install.

I don't have any LED's in mine. I don't plan on switching to them either. I do have the incandescent 3 bulb sequential tail lights though. Thats an improvement. I have GE Nighthawk bulbs in the tail lights and parking lights.
If I was to switch, I would get the full panel for the tail lights and not just the bulb, like what Kelly has. This setup is a great idea.
Also, I don't care for anything Sylvania makes with the Silverstar name. Their other bulbs are fine though. It might be 40% whiter, but definitely not brighter. Its actually dimmer, since it has the blue coating on it.
That housing is most likely made for an H4 halogen bulb, and has incorrect optics for HID bulbs. If thats the case, it will create excessive glare to oncomming drivers.
I'll stick with headlight relays and either 6024 Xtravision or do an H4 halogen conversion with the 55w/65w clear bulbs. Thats the same as most newer capsule bulbs.
