Thanks - that's fine - they don't specify either of these dimensions in the body handbook so I guess they aren't that precise - always good to have them near as dammit though.
Those dimensions are from the edge of the flange on the radiator support to the top of the strut rod brace?

Hello

Sorry to "hijack" the thread, but I noticed that you have -67 too? Is it possible that you could check these same measures for the -67 too? My car has been in an accident sometime in the US and repairs were badly made so I can't copy the old measurements. Help would be highly appreciated.

I measured the A and B dimensions on my '67. The B dim is exactly the same as my 69, It is 7.375"(7 3/8). But, the A dim on the 67 is 5.875"(5 7/8). As compared to the 6.125(6 1/8) B dim on my '69. Which is .250"(1/4) difference between the '67 and '69.

Thats probably due to the differences in body width. But the Mustang chassis between the two are mostly identical.

As mentioned in my earlier post, these dimensions I'm giving can be off +/- .0312(1/32")....Hope this helps
