have seen ads for it in my older Mustang magazines(from the 80's I believe) It was made by Trapezoid? Anyone have any info?I'm just trying to spark up the future Mustang generation
wanted: otaki otc-092 I believe. it it a 1/12 radio controlled mach 1 71.
no its just a model kit that came with an optional small motor, the detail on the kit is not that great either.
About 12 years ago ABC Hobby japan made a 1971 mustang 1/10 scale Lexan body set for a 190mm chassis the detail on that was pretty bad as well most of the detail was made up with stickers so the car looked boxy and un-detailed up close, but from 20 feet away it looked like a 1971 mustang.
you could write a letter to HPI racing asking them to make a 1971 body kit or RTR car since they have released a few different mustang sets over the years, most recently a 66 that comes with shelby pieces and a 2005 set.
I also looking for a 1/18 die cast 65 coupe, but preferably in Caspian Blue with black interior. I don't think there is one. That Welly one your looking at looks alright, but I wish they had one with the chrome styled steel wheels or Magnum 500s instead of hubcaps.
My husband has a 65 fastback that his dad has had since it was new. I want to get him a diecast in twilight turquoise for valentine's day. (I'm thinking I'm not going to find it, but if anyone knows anything about how to go about getting one painted i'll take suggestions!)
Looking for a plastic or Diecast 71 Mach I. Preferably nothing with a high collector value because I plan to ruin it by using it to mock up a custom paint job design, I've been planning, before I put it onto my car.
