A straight forward question. What is the purpose of any registry?

Very limited cars like Shelby's makes some sense. My 68 Stang vert is a lot less common than 65 Coupe but so what? What use is it to have
my 68 show up on a list?

Ya there are many registry's already but same question, why list mine on one of these? Millions of vintage Mustangs were produced. So what
use is a list of a couple thousand? Just asking?

My '64 1/2 vert. Ordered May '64. D code 4 speed, handling package, caspian blue, accent group, Ford blue manual top.

'68 vert. driver. Owned since Apr '78. C code AT, AC, PS, P disc B, PT lime gold, standard black interior and top. NOS RF fender and left quarter.New top and folding glass.

There is next to no interest in registering (on registry) new Ford vehicles let alone post 1973 Mustangs!

Actually, the MAJORITY of our registrations are for 2005 and newer products.

Pretty sure that's the whole idea. You give $$, register to participate for a charitable cause, get a decal, and (ostensibly) a tax deduction. All the same I'm not sure if I would bother, and the 501(c) approval is still pending.

68 FB 302GT in progress, really.

Majority of what, 10 registered vehicles? Where are the statistics on the site? I don't see any.

Help?

I registered with isomustangs.org about a month ago in an attempt to see if any data on my mustang has been registered there. However I have yet to receive the verification email to my email account. I've tried contacting the site owner but no response. I've verified I typed in the correct email. I've tried login in over and over again. I've searched my junk mail email box but I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL.

Any solutions?

I hear isomustangs.org is the premier/largest vintage mustang registery. If that is not true, which registry should I visit?
