275 50 15 M/T Tires

I was told they would fit my '68 coupe with 4.5" - 5" bs. Is this true? Does anyone have pics of '67 - '68 mustangs (preferably coupes) with this size tire? I do plan on rolling the fenders, but is there anything else I have to do? Also, if these tires fit, is that the max or can I fit bigger 15" tires under my stock suspension? Any guidance and pics would be greatly appreciated.

275-50-15 no problem on a 68, I ran them on my 66.

I just installed a set of M&H 275-50-17's on my 66 (very tight and really fill up the wheel well)

408 - 5 spd. 10.x through the mufflers
