Convertible Reinforcement Plate Bolts?

My convertible is missing one of the bolts that holds the reinforcement plate to the two sides of the transmission tunnel under the car. (This piece: https://www.cjponyparts.com/dynacorn...1970/p/3648BB/)

Can any of you tell me the size/rating of this bolt?

I know I can buy a kit from the vendors but with shipping and all it would make for a $20 bolt. I'd rather not pay that much.

Thanks in advance.
