Water pump needs rebuild

The mirror glass is delaminated in a few spots the bracket could be cleaned up and painted. I think its an original part.

What is the date code on the water pump and does the vacuum advance hold a vacuum? Thanks.

Date code C8AEJ not sure about the vacuum but ill just throw it in with the water pump If you want it.
