Welcome to the Chicago Vintage Mustang Club!

[color:black]
This club is being created for the following reasons:

[*]To create a social group where people who are interested in 1964-1973

Ford Mustangs can meet, discuss and show off their Mustangs.

[*]To make up for the apparent lack of an informal and free social Mustang club

in the Chicago Area.

[*]To eventually organize and sponsor Vintage Mustang - only car shows.

[*]To act as the Chicago area meeting place for the VMF (Vintage Mustang Forum)

[*]To promote the VMF to new people in the Chicago Area.

[*]To have regular parts swap-meets.

[*]To help each other with our Mustang hobby!

Sweet!

I do not want my car to be as it was in 1967.

Hi Zim, I tried sending you an e-mail and I got one of those Mailer-Daemon's back. It said this...
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<>
(reason: 553 5.3.0 REJECT 551 unsolicited E-MAIL is REJECTED at SVS.COM)

I met you and some of the other guys at the Portillo's last Sunday. I was the one that doesn't have a Mustang yet with the pictures of the 72 Mach 1.

Thanks for making it easier. This beats the Yahoo thing. And... for us old farts there's less to remember. Hopefully I can make June 2nd. New rear end just installed and working great. Hope to see all of you soon!

Works great! Is this going to replace the original Yahoo site or is this a companion? Will see you on June 2 again-hopefully with new carpet and a stereo instead of a big hole in the dash with wires hanging out! You might even have to settle on the truck if I get all ambitious and start the engine detailing and upgrading I've been avoiding. See you soon!

Well - I know bob has something for people to use to upload pics - but thats
not really what I meant.

I just mean that it is easier to put inline pictures and links in the forum than
it is in the Yahoo group email.

Maybe PM bob to see what he has to offer for picture space?

I think until we get a little more organized - we will keep it in the same
place at the same time...

1pm at Portillo's Hot Dogs - Rt. 59 and Jefferson St. Sunday June 2.

Howdy.

I will see what I can do about the bounced email.

If you like - just go ahead and send me a Personal Message here, or just
reply to this note until I get it fixed.

I think it is possible that we will move the day to day discussion here - and
I will keep the Yahoo thing running for official announcements that I want
everyone to see.

The only problem with the forum here is that you wont see anything unless it
is a direct reply to your message - or you log in and read the list of messages...

Just like the VMF I guess.
