I can add
Wednesday = Elmhurst, York Rd dwntwn
Saturday = Lombard, St. Charles Rd. dwntwn

I know there are Tue, Thur, Fri out there, I just can't remember where..

that picture looks like it was taken at Scooby's on Rt 31 - I was there last night for their first Tuesday night show, and the grassy area looks just like that in the background :-/

So yeah, the tuesday show is rt 31 @ Scooby's, featuring 99 cent hot dogs too, and they got good choc. malts.

It was real slow there last night, but I suspect because it was a little gray in the sky.

I saw 2 stangs, a 65 or so coupe, and a 67 or 68 fastback... The thursday (like it was said in the other thread) is downtown crystal lake. I'll be heading to crystal lake this thursday, anyone else going?

My car is gettin REAL CLOSE to being ready to show off a little.. It still has plenty of cosmetic stuff to do, but that's ok, as long as I can drive it there and back

yeah, thats the same scooby's.. There was about 8 cars there, and I figure they have enough room for say 25-30 cars (maybe more)..
The parking lot is kinda small, but there's a small field next to it that is mowed real nice where the cars park.

Hey corpse, I saw the 66 coupe you were talking about. But I missed the fastback. I showed up around 7:45 in my 65 fastback (red on red). I can't make the thursday cruise. I work in the car biz and only get tues and sundays off.
The update on the 69 428 mach1 is looking better. I might have it in time for the sunday meet. Now we just need the weather to hold out.

Maybe the reason you didn't see the fastback, is that it was yours If I'm not mistaken, it was probably your fastback I saw - you parked it in the grass right?? Next time I'll say hi!

Yep, I parked on the grass. I showed up right when the 66 427 cobra kit car was leaving.

Sure I popped the hood. You just left too soon. I had to check out the other cars asap. They were starting to leave.
Of course my engine is black & gold, as all true 65's are.
Kind of a cool color combo, don't you think?
