What a waste...not driven, garaged only. I wouldn't spend any money on a car I couldn't drive.

Hmmm. I have $125k to burn on cars. (In my fantasy life, of course.) I could buy one awesome 68 Cobra Jet convertable . . OR . . . I could buy a 68 Cobra Jet Fastback (which I did and which are much cooler anyway :, a second 68 Fastback to tinker with, a nice 66 vert (or 57 Thunderbird) for my wife, and still have enough left over for a 61 Galaxie Starliner and some performance parts. Seriously.

However, I suppose that if one had $125k to burn on cars, one probably has a second $125k to buy the cars I mentioned anyway. ::

good point....Let's see....for 125 beans, I could have a 67 GT-500. Figure 60K. So now I have what, 65 K left ? Throw in a nice 69 Mach 1 for 15K, a 68 GT for another 15K,. Now I have 35K left. Maybe I'll save that for the 05 GT....and I probably still have enough for the 67 Galaxie 500 fastback I want.

All tounge and cheek though. This is a really nice car...but if I had 125K, I'd spend it differently. Coem to think of it, I;d pay my house off ! ::
