I have been contacted by an ad agency. They are looking for specifically Fords for a commercial or series of commercials, still shot ads. More specifically, they are wanting a Ford Convertible from the 50's, 60's, & 70's.
they are also looking for a truck (same years) and a Woody. If you are interested, here's the deal. The casting call begins with an image (picture) of the car / truck. Those selected will be asked to show up at the studios in Chicago. They will pay $100 per day for the audition. $1000 if your vehicle or vehicles are selected. The photo will use the back seat, loking up and forward towards the dash. It is not expected that the entire vehicle to visually seen.

By the way, Double K is NOT affiliated at all with this agency. We were just asked to assist if we could. One caveat...the commercial is for a cigarette company.

If you are interested, send me an email at [email protected] and I'll forward you to the agency.

Rod, if you are interested, they are also looking for cars for a backdrop setting of a tailgate party. The cars for the backdrop will not need to be a convertible. Send them a pic, if invited down to the studio for a casting call, they will pay you $100, if selected for a shoot, they pay each car $1000. Each shoot will last about a day. Not bad cash, especially if one has more Mustang projects!
