They had what they called "WLS rewind". They had the old jocks on playing the music from back in the day. Come on, I know you had a car with an AM radio, thats all there where back then...unless you borrowed your rich uncles Lincold for the FM radio.....It was either WLS, or WCFL!

I remember listening to animal stories while working for my dad down on Fulton Market during my high school summer break.

Wow that brings back some memories. I used to drive truck back in the early 80s and made it to Chicago about twice a week. Never missed animal stories. Hell in fact I still have a few of their albums. Does anyone know how old Larry and Tommy are now?
