Paul. Will be doing the Hotrod Power tour that same weekend. Went to the Chi-town cruise last year and it was crowded w/ cars, just not alot of Mustangs.

Garage
I have a family graduation party to go to - out of town...

I have heard good things about it - but have never attended one myself.

This year they are also including many meeting places at certain McDonalds restaurants - where you can gather and drive downtown together.

Check out their website for more info...

I'm tempted. The Chi-town cruise Satury, and the Volo Shelby meet Sunday....I AM going to the Volo thing.
Jerry: I did the Hot Rod power tour with my 66 a few years back. Only ran the Joliet to Effingham leg, and enjoyed it. But most of the "tourers" want to go 80+, so you might be cruising along alone.

Roddster, leaving the shelby home for the power tour..a small group is travelling together..so have my choice of cars as a passenger..early line is I'll be a passenger in a 66 fastback (won an award at the Downers Grove cruise last year). It has air conditioning so thats an easy choice. Good Luck to those going to the Chi-town Cruise.
