Helped my neighbor purchase a fairly decent 86 GT convertible on Saturday. It needs some work and the interior is pretty rough, but all in all should be a fun summer car. Anybody have any 86 parts kicking around?

Well we have an '86 GT vert, but no parts! Parts for the foxbodies are easy to find, one place is Latemodel Restoration Supply, they have most everything. And they are fun cars to drive!

The motor I plan on installing in my 65 is from a 86 gt.
I wont be using the factory headers,timing chain cover,doublehump oil pan,dipstick,valve covers,etc.
You probably wont need any of that stuff but this engine came with aftermarket aluminum underdrive pullies that eliminate the smog pump and A.C. and since they are serpentine (not V belt) I wont be using these either?

Tore up from the floor up!lol
