8" rear axle from 68 complete

Good evening,

I'm taking the rear axle out of my 68 fastback. It is complete drum to drum. No issues that I'm aware of. Car drove fine before teardown. I'll try and find the tag for it. The leaf springs go with it. Asking for $200 OBO, local pickup in Ausitn, TX

Marti report says 3.00 conventional rear axle
Report also lists the car as having an optional axle ratio and heavy duty suspension

Bump. Still have this for sale.

The backing plates have been removed and media blasted.

The housing was cleaned up and hit with a rough coating of POR15. Looks much nicer, still could use some work.

I also cleaned up alot of the gunk that was on the center section.

The axle shafts also have new Timken bearings and seals.

I kept working on this axle since I was on the fence about keeping it for the time being, but I need to sell this to jump start my 8.8 project.
