Rust in the floors, interiors that squeak like crazy, and most of them get the dogsh*t beat out of them. Other than that, not bad cars! lol
Check the bracing under the seats- prone to rotting out to the point that the seat will actually drop down through the floor. Check for oil leaks- rear main particularly was a popular one. I haven't seen this particular car, but the price sounds awful high to me. Of course I sold a '92 'vert with 80K miles about 2-3 years ago- burgundy with white top, 5.0, 5 speed, driver quality, sold for $3,500. I was tickled to get that much for it..
edit- just checked NADA and it shows a high value of $5,950, low of $3,050...
