Part identification

I am looking for help identifying a part for my 1966 Ford Mustang. It is a small piece on the passenger side inner fender next to the solonoid.

It has two screws into the inner fender. Then has a center bolt nut that two wires connect to.

The part broke in two. Trying to identify a part number to find a new one.

Thanks!

Easy Peasey.....

It's the 1966 Mustang Convertible Junction Block. Excellent Repros are available from NPD for like $20 bucks..plus shipping...so you may want to order something else while you are there..to offset the shipping cost..

See weblink below:

You obviously have a 1966 Convertible....Here's what the Junction block should look like with the cardboard piece correctly installed... and also the correct wiring diagrams..

Also, If you look Below....You will see two "VERY CONFUSING" wiring Diagrams...

The Top wiring Diagram shows the Power Top Wiring running down the PASSENGER side of the car. This was "CORRECT" for all 1964 1/2 to 1965 Mustang Convertibles made in all three plants....and 1966 Mustangs Convertibles made in the San Jose Plant (Miltipas), and "Some" Metuchen 1966 Mustang Convertibles.... Keep Reading Below...!!

The Bottom wiring Diagram shows the Power Top Wiring running down the DRIVERS side of the car. In 1966, Dearborn and Metuchen changed their Power Top wiring routing to run down the DRIVERS side of the car. However, The San Jose Plant DID NOT change their Power Top Wiring routing and STILL had the Power Top Wiring running down the PASSENGER Side of the car. Leave it to good old San Jose to be the Rebel as always!! It's also been reported that a "Handful" of Metuchen 1966 cars were found to still have the Power Top Wiring running on the PASSENGER SIDE ...These cars were most likely very early 1966 Metuchen Production cars and are "Renegades"...as the majority of 1966 Metuchen Mustang Convertibles changed over to the Driver's Side Power Top Wiring just like the 1966 Dearborn Mustang Convertibles.
