Just found out I'm not on call this week-end afterall and am thinking about making the 5 hour drive south to the Columbus Ford Expo. Any reviews of past shows? Is it worth it? Thanks in advance!

Wow, I didn't know they were having a second show this year. I went to the one in the spring. It was ok. The parking arrangements were terrible around the Columbus fairgrounds. Afterwards I found a lot of stuff I was interested but I found many ot the prices were expensive. If you look hard and get there early you can find some good deals. I found a few things I was looking for. It might be worth the drive if you're having a hard time finding something you really want or you just want to have fun for a day looking at old car parts and old cars for sale.

Thanks for the reply. The weather channel said it wasn't going to be the best of days in that area so I compromised with the wife and spent the morning at NPD in Livonia (needed new battery apron and wanted an export brace) and the rest of the day at the Detroit Zoo and the Internat'l Jazz Fest downtown. Great way to spend the weekend!
