Small World- Another Coyote Build AND 428

I spotted a folding clothes rack for sale and it sounded great for hanging car parts for painting. Pulled up in the drive way out on a country road and there was large shop with old panel delivery with black primer and mag wheels and rusty 69/70 mustang hull sitting outside. I could see the front end of a Crown Vic Police Interceptor poking out of a shed. A guy came out of the shop and I forgot all about the clothes rack and asked him about the Mustang. He looked vaguely familiar for some reason, come to find out I worked with his Dad at FoMoCo about 40 years ago and he looked just like his ole man at that time. Anyway, turns out he rebuilds Mustangs and the rusty hulk was an original 428 non shaker. He also had a 69 in the shop he was building for a guy with a big wad of cash. There was a 2014 Coyote stuffed in there with factory 6 speed. Still under construction but looking pretty slick. Dougs Headers and wiring in the trunk.
Then to top it all off, he walked over to corner to pull the cover off a restored 428 ready to go into his personal build, a 70 Twister Special sitting in his garage. We walked to the garage and along side of the Mustang was a the cab of a 72 ready for the Crown Vic front suspension and a Coyote.

For anyone with access to Instagrahm, the car was completed and delivered to the owner. They posted a short video of test run down the street. Sounds like they got 4th gear rubber.

Incredible! Thanks for sharing. Sounds like a good guy to know... especially if you are shoehorning a coyote into an early Mustang your self.
