I'm attempting to locate the reason for no dash lights or dash turn signals, bu I think it's the headlight switch. I'll nail it down tomorrow for sure. I have power at the fuse when the light switch is pulled out, but NO dash lights. I'll test the blue with red stripe wire tomorrow going to the light switch and that'll tell me if its a bad switch.

Saved about 120$ by ordering parts on cj pony's last day of 30% off. Well that's what I told the wife. I saved us money by spending it. Yea she laughed at me too.

Over the past few days I was cutting patch pieces for the rear section of the l/s frame rail & for the l/s cowl side panel. I will spend my weekend welding them in.

yup, took advantage of that sale as well, but didn't save near that much, just picked up a few things. Running out of things to buy pretty quick.

Bolted on passenger side door to check alignment with new quarter panel, THEN wrestled new quarter in place and started welding on it.

Welded in the patch pieces for the rear section of the l/s frame rail.

Also started welding in the l/s cowl side panel patch until it started to raid. At least I got in 4 hrs of work.

Saturday I block sanded the trunk lid and front fenders. There are a few spots that need attention on all 3 parts.

Today I stripped the cowl grill cover and primed it. I ended up using paint stripper and a wire wheel to get in between all the slots.
