Nothing major but measured out serpentine belt length for Taurus 3G alternator w/ my new dual serpentine belt setup (to eliminate reverse rotation issues). One belt down and tonight we'll measure out crank to water pump to the Sanden A/c comp and if I'm lucky figure out an idler between the compressor and crank.

Finished sanding the old paint on my fastback's gas tank, and shot new primer. I'll be painting it tomorrow--dark shadow gray metallic, the same color as my F-250.

Dual serpentine belts are on. Fan, radiator and condenser are back in.

Laid out a/c kit to get a lay of the land. Started pulling my dash.

The past couple of days, I've determined I received two of the same cables for my vintage Allstate Moped. I laid these cables out on the hood of my mustang and they are the same. Supposed to have one clutch and one brake cable. The brake cable is approx. 10" shorter than the clutch. Bummer!
You see, whether we're working on our mustang or other "stuff" in our sand boxes, the same problems occur....receiving incorrect parts.
Happy Saturday....
