LOL I love it when they say it's 101 but it feels like 111. A little warm up there too huh?

Like I said the damn pool water is even warm, like taking a bath. I've been topping off the pool every 3 to 4 days so the pumps can run.

Check this out....

HOT WEATHER ACROSS THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA INTERIOR...
.A STRONG RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN IN PLACE OVER THE GREAT BASIN FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

CAZ089>094-232030- /O.CON.KHNX.HT.Y.0003.000000T0000Z-060724T0400Z/ WEST CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY-EAST CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY- SOUTHWESTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY-SOUTHEASTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY- MARIPOSA MADERA AND FRESNO COUNTY FOOTHILLS- TULARE COUNTY FOOTHILLS- 516 AM PDT SUN JUL 23 2006 ...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING...
A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM PDT THIS EVENING.

HEAT INDEXES FROM 105 TO 115 DEGREES WILL OCCUR ONCE AGAIN TODAY.

THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY WILL CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE POSSIBLE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS...STAY IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED ROOM...STAY OUT OF THE SUN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. MAKE SURE PETS AND FARM ANIMALS HAVE PLENTY OF WATER AND ACCESS TO SHADE. AND NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN OR PETS ALONE IN VEHICLES. TEMPERATURES CAN QUICKLY RISE TO DANGEROUS LEVELS...
EVEN IF WINDOWS ARE PARTIALLY OPEN.

THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT ALSO HAS ISSUED A SPARE THE AIR DAY FOR THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY.

Wa Hoo time for beer floats :p

Dave; Brian's stones our under his bucket. They have been stepped on so many times that he now drags them.

What do you think he hits the [color:red]Button [/color] with?

Can you guess which ones?

A/C on and the house is a nice comfy 70. Just one window air and it does the whole main floor. I love insulation.
Garage was a nice 75 deg until I ran the compressor doing all that media blasting.
It's insulated too.
But today after creating all that heat it was 80 inside (outside around 90). Because of the trees and the stream around the property the humidity is much higher than in the subdivisions.

I'm supposed to building additions -- not sitting inside.

We were down in San Diego over the weekend--talk about eff'in HOT! Saturday in Escondido, it was 116 degrees; Sunday it was "only" 101 with what felt like 99% humidity   Monday morning at 4:30am near the airport, it was already 80 degrees and all of the cars in the motel parking lot were sopping wet with condensation. Finally at home this afternoon, it registered a cool 95 on the back porch, but at least it wasn't humid and I could breathe! Glad to be home to the heat pump we installed this past December...it ran all day long just to keep the house at livable 75 degrees.
