We put the motor in Saturday. Here's pics from before the install.

Didn't get a full mockup photo on the stand, because we were playing with how the intake was going to work with the tall valve covers, and got in a hurry and shoved it in the hole. Bolted right in just fine, and after some adjusting with the intake, throttle body, etc, we even figured out how to get the hood to close! Unfortunately, it was too hot, and we weren't thinking too clearly, so I don't have after pics. Maybe next weekend.

World class T5 just came back from shop today. I went ahead and had it gone through, since the 5th gear synchro was shot. Hope to finish that install soon, otherwise it will have to wait until the end of AUG. The movers arrive a week from tomorrow, and I'm driving my family up to AK on the 7th of AUG, returning here on 27th, where I'll hang out for 2 months until the Army is done with me (MAX wrenching time!).

The big honkin pics that are up there (now) I thought I'd make them big enough that everyone could see them, even short guys who have trouble seeing over the keyboard!

Thanks. Started to pass on the oil pan, and do a Moroso or Canton, but had second thoughts. Always wanted the Cobra pan, and didn't want to fool with it later.

I've got great plans...I just my hands could make happen what my mind pictures. Oh yeah, and it'd also be nice if my wallet could keep up!
