Timing and Carb Tuning (Oceanside)

I see a little bit of daylight at the end of the tunnel! The 69 is near complete, she runs and drives, but I need someone with a bit more experience to fine tune everything.

The one shop I called in Oceanside (Bob's Carburetor's) said they have a 4 week wait list, I'm moving in less than 2!

Anyone know someone that will a) make a home visit; or b) is close to Oceanside?
