Introduction...a year later

Hi, all!

I've been browsing posts for a year now but I figured it was time to finally introduce myself.

I have a 1966 289 2V coupe, emberglo with pony interior. Right now the interior is pretty much stripped down. Interior has some bumps and bruises and waiting to go into a shop to get some love. Drove it from the previous owners house to mine just fine. Currently working on getting all the engine components to switch from 2v to 4v and switch to an open air cleaner element.

Owning a 1966 Mustang has been a dream of mine since I was in middle school and I finally pulled the trigger about a year ago. Excited to be on this journey!

Welcome, is that the paint on the car purpose or is it just faded. I like it to be honest. Nice flat/matte look from the pictures.

not painted to look that way! I have the interior all taken, she'll be getting some body work done soon then its off to be painted! When i first decided to make my dreams come true and buy a Pony I envisioned a whimbleton white with white interior. However, after further research and sleep I decided to keep it code correct.

Emberglo is an awesome color! Don't see many Mustangs in that color. I'm glad you decided to keep it this color. People will notice, especially the Mustang crowd.
